Overpriced Don't answer the phone at 9 am business hours
Very happy with my first experience at the Esk Stihl Shop. Very quick repair on my broken Masport mower, which was much appreciated as the grass is growing so fast. Mathew took extra time to give me plenty of tips and hints on how to clean and care for my mower to stop future issues. He explained what was involved in the service and the costing. Thank you
We have purchased many products from Stihl Esk. You cannot fault the service and staff are very patient. Yesterday we had a huge delivery dropped off at their store instead of our address. We had to try and organise another local business to transport it to our address (another business we have spent thousands of dollars and have given a lot of business to), and they were going to charge a huge amount taking advantage of our difficult situation.
