Always extremely helpful staff
We have purchased several thousand dollars of Stihl products at this store and the product is very good, that's why we've gone back again and again. They've been very fair on a product that wasn't what was expected at one stage and Troy has excellent customer service and people skills, is personable to deal with, with a great knowledge of the products. The reason we're going to now be purchasing at the other Stihl shop in our area is due to customer service: the older fellow who leaves any number of customers - up to 4 or 5 ... read more
