Hardware shop chainsaw had less than palm size instructions with unviewable b&w diagrams. Figured out how to assemble, yet chain felt wrong. Bought premixed fuel and guys immediately spotted 1 error to fix and advised how to fix at no additional charge. Friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommend
