Great help, sound advice and a great price.
Strange experience and service, maybe the guy behind the counter was in training? Not sure… Bought new bar, chain, covers, climbing gear etc. Asked if they could just put the new bar and chain on quickly and was told that it was too big of a job because they didn’t want to use the compressor to clean the saw dust off my saw. Very strange, have never experienced anything like that at any of their mower store up and down the coast. I can highly recommend the Stihl Shop Burleigh. Just walked into the shop and the sales guy (sorry didn't catch his name) took time to talk me through the various options available. They do have some promos at the moment and you can walk out of the shop with a high quality tool for much less than you were expecting. If you buy their chain an two stroke oil, the warranty even extends to crazy years. Amazing! The best: They even filled up the Chainsaw with petrol and gave a introduction with hand on tips for the new chainsaw. ... read more
