Very disappointed with this service centre. Two red flags over the last few weeks. 1st red flag was a few weeks ago when we purchased a cub cadet zero turn mower. Arranged to meet the neighbour with his trailer at the Atherton centre to collect it. We had the paperwork with proof of purchase. Arrived to find a staff member loading our mower onto our neighbours trailer. No checks conducted to validate he should be the one collecting it. Great service , I dont know much about chainsaws and the lady helped me had great knowledge and made it easy to get what I needed
My husband said the girl behind the counter know her stuff,I went in and she helped me out with my little chainsaw. She fixed it in 10 min no charge. Thank you so much.
The worst after sales experience I have ever had to deal with. Had 3 employees telling me that it was my fault, that my New Chainsaw kept stopping while using, then I couldn't restart it. Never will I do business at Stihl Shop Atherton again, after dealing with them for 30 odd years.
