My husband said the girl behind the counter know her stuff,I went in and she helped me out with my little chainsaw. She fixed it in 10 min no charge. Thank you so much.

The worst after sales experience I have ever had to deal with. Had 3 employees telling me that it was my fault, that my New Chainsaw kept stopping while using, then I couldn't restart it. Never will I do business at Stihl Shop Atherton again, after dealing with them for 30 odd years.

Would give 0 stars if I could for the 0 service that we received. Went in to the store needing to purchase a brushcutter but ended up leaving due to the lack of customer service. Woman sat behind the desk while we stood right in front of her and she did not acknowledge our presence at all. Had to drive to another town to purchase a brushcutter. Would not recommend wasting your time or money on this business.
