The service provided by Leah is beyond impeccable. From product knowledge, providing alternative resources to after hours work done on her time. Her standard of care is one I've never encountered before. Amazing friendly and bubbly personality to top it all off . Could not recommend seeing anyone for any chainsaw needs any more :) .
Very disappointed with this service centre. Two red flags over the last few weeks. 1st red flag was a few weeks ago when we purchased a cub cadet zero turn mower. Arranged to meet the neighbour with his trailer at the Atherton centre to collect it. We had the paperwork with proof of purchase. Arrived to find a staff member loading our mower onto our neighbours trailer. No checks conducted to validate he should be the one collecting it.
