I went in there today for some chainsaw parts to upgrade my chainsaw. I was met with a very friendly approach, and the sales team knew their stuff. I'm a qualified user of a chainsaw having worked in the forestry industry for several years myself, and they didn't even try to pull the wool over my eyes. They provided me with exactly what I asked for, but also provided me with very useful information I never knew about after all the years of my wood worker history. Bought my first chainsaw last week and what a little ripper. The Stihl MS172 carved through the palm tree we needed to remove, like a hot knife through butter! The service and knowledge of Brodie was top notch and he ran me through everything so I could operate it safely and with ease. Keep up the good work Brodie and thanks alot...
