Very disappointed in customer service. Trying to set up a tax-exempt organization to buy products and it's been three days since my request. I know that doesn't seem like a very long time, but when your business needs to purchase products to continue working, it is a long time. I've called to follow-up and am told my ticket has been escalated, or I get a new email to contact. How can smaller organizatoins approve a tax-exempt business within hours of contact, and an international company such as this not have the technology?... read more
