Unfortunately, this is an outdated office. During my short interactions with these folks, the following occurred: 1. Zero ability to change things on their online portal, rendering it effectively useless 2. Blatant disregard for time zone differences despite them being clearly detailed 3. UPDATE DECEMBER 2020 - I finally sold my Puerto Rican bonds at a $45,000 (75%) loss through Fidelity. Fidelity told me they stopped recommending PR municiple bonds years before they were sold to me by Stifel. PRIOR REVIEW Beware of these Old School broker crooks. Beware of these Old School broker crooks. They gain your trust and then call you with an exciting investment opportunity and expect you to make an investment decision in 30 seconds by phone. They recommended Puerto Rico municipal bonds when they knew how shaky the bonds were. And other bonds I have with them have either lost money or broken even only.
