We have (two) of these units in position and so in service 24/7 for over 8 years now, with on occasion forgetting we even have them...their operation has been truly faultless! We have used a Stiebel Eltron ASHP for heating our domestic hot water which supplies enough hot water to supply 27 shower heads at our local rugby club. We have recently entered into a yearly service contract directly with Stiebl and could not fault the technical service and back up we have received from the team based in Bromborough, Wirral. Thank guys, great job.
We have used a Stiebel Eltron ASHP for heating our domestic hot water which supplies enough hot water to supply 27 shower heads at our local rugby club. We have recently entered into a yearly service contract directly with Stiebl and could not fault the technical service and back up we have received from the team based in Bromborough, Wirral. Thank guys, great job.
Even though our Stiebel Eltron WPL 25 ASHP was installed 2½ years ago, the aftercare service we still receive from their Technical department is second to none. Not only can they assit in fault finding (very few issues) they are also super speedy in coming up with a solution. The system has reduced our energy bills considerably and helped reduce our reliance on fossil fuels (especially oil)!
