They dealt with our mothers estate. As a co-executor, I’ve been very unhappy with the quality of their work carried out by Sam Stidston Lawyers. Several significant errors. One was not distributing the estate in accordance with the will. We picked it up before money was distributed but REALLY! That is probate bread and butter. Oh and no apology for that particular error.

Dealt with Laura at Stidston and was disappointed with the final outcome. Due to not signing a cost of agreement while it was christmas school holidays, Laura decided to cease services and leave me in the lurch with an upcoming hearing. With plenty of money still in the trust, services were still ceased without even a phone call to discuss why the heads of agreement had not been signed.
