Dealt with Laura at Stidston and was disappointed with the final outcome. Due to not signing a cost of agreement while it was christmas school holidays, Laura decided to cease services and leave me in the lurch with an upcoming hearing. With plenty of money still in the trust, services were still ceased without even a phone call to discuss why the heads of agreement had not been signed.
