Shawn and his crew were professional, friendly and skilled when taking out my old windows and replacing them with new ones. Shawn helped me through the paperwork and patiently explained every product and the benefits. I also had a back door replaced and again, the differences in products were explained. I felt that the crew did a really great job- not rushing and taking their time to complete everything with total care and attention. I would recommend them to anyone.
We had hired STICS Construction to replace one of our exterior doors in our house. I was very pleased with the initial visit from Shawn to discuss the job. He is very knowledgeable about the work required, and able to offer insights as to how the installation would be done. Six weeks later the door arrived, and Kevin did a great installation.
