I made an appointment online and it was confirmed same day. I showed up 10 minutes early and the studio door was open. I walked in and no one was there so I walked back out and stood in the hallway thinking she had to be near since the door was unlocked. I waited until 15 minutes past my appointment time and no one came. Do not recommend. Attached are pictures that show my appointment was confirmed and Leah's horrific customer service. Recently moved back to Flagstaff and was looking for a new waxing place - read the very mixed reviews - some raving and some negative (mostly about the booking and cancelling). I thought I would take a chance - called and message said to text - texted twice with no reply to confirm my appointment. Finally received a text reminder about my appointment only to receive another 2 hours later cancelling the appointment. Super disappointed and there are not a lot of options - should have followed my gut and gone elsewhere. 🙄
