Not the best customer service
I am a first time waxer. Leah made me feel very comfortable with the process, she is very professional and skilled at what she does, and a super great person to talk to. She was able to fit me in same day and made the process smooth as possible. The office was clean and simple, nothing fancy. I'm very satisfied with my first manzilian, feels so sexy and smooth.

I made an appointment online and it was confirmed same day. I showed up 10 minutes early and the studio door was open. I walked in and no one was there so I walked back out and stood in the hallway thinking she had to be near since the door was unlocked. I waited until 15 minutes past my appointment time and no one came. Do not recommend. Attached are pictures that show my appointment was confirmed and Leah's horrific customer service.
