In a word delicious ! Traveling from overseas it was the sweetest souvenir I could’ve ever brought back to my friends and family. Everyone adored it, and the shop has so many different flavors and image candies to pick from I could find something for everyone.
Sticky is one of those places that makes you smile before you have even tried anything. The shop is compact, bright and full of sweet, fruity perfume. Through the window you can watch the team working hot sugar on a steel bench, folding in colors, stretching ropes, and rolling them into perfect cylinders. It is oddly hypnotic to see the picture appear inside the candy as they cut the pieces. Very fun to watch, the staff is very kind and happy to have a conversation! The candy is not only beautiful but also very tasty (even for someone that doesn’t have a sweet tooth).
Brought 3×100g of there Lollies for $20. This is very steep for Lollies that had NOT much flavour and they tasted old. Very Very disappointing. Will NOT return to this shop again.
