Very very poor customer service and horrible management. My father spent over $10,000 on supplies for a new kitchen. Custom cabinets, flooring, you name it He was told if he had any unopened flooring left he could return it He tried to being back two unopened boxes of flooring valued at over $200 They refused to take it back and told him “it’s not our problem” I will never recommend this store to anyone The lack of professionalism and the rudeness of the staff should be reported We will be taking our business elsewhere
Horrible horrible customer service from management Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!! My family spent thousands of dollars here just to be treated poorly and turned away after they were told they could return unopened boxes of flooring. They will tell you everything you want to hear when your spending your dollars but when it comes down to them keeping their word they turn you away.
