I found this place a few years back when I came to Lansing for an interview before moving here and I’m so glad I did! This is my favorite yarn shop and one of my favorite places in Lansing. The yarn is great and everybody is so friendly. I felt comfortable from the first time I walked in.
They are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. They sell quality yarn and accessories and are quick with answers!

I first found sticks & strings during the Mid-Mitten shop hop and love these ladies. Today I called because I was having issues with a pattern from a couple years ago. The phone was answered with a happy voice and they helped me confirm I what I was already thinking. When you are in Old Town stop and see these ladies they are wonderful.
