I would not recommend Sticks R Us for young children, especially children on the autism spectrum. We brought our 3-year-old here for the FRAT blood draw, and unfortunately the experience was terrible. The phlebotomist repeatedly referred to my son as “the kid,” had a very poor bedside manner, and ultimately was unable to successfully draw his blood. Showed up to my appointment at 10am and no one was there. How do you run a company like this? Absolutely pathetic.
Had a TIME SENSITIVE fingerprint appointment scheduled for 9 am. Even received a confirmation email. No one was at the location and no one picks up the phone when you call the number. Would not recommend at all if you have anything important to take care of. Not how you run a business at all. Please avoid at all costs!
