Dave is a great person, all the people were nice and helpful the day my wife and I purchased. Their mill machine is very interesting, very old and from Russia. It can do all 4 sides of a log at once. They have all the skills to maintain it on site. Lots of Americas lost skills still exist at sticks and stones.
