I have always been scared to take my car to the shop as a young woman for fear of getting over charged. I called this shop after an absurd quote at the Honda dealer and was considering saving up money to trade in my car. The lady on the phone was SO nice I knew this was the place. Jim was able to diagnose the problem quickly and suggested getting a used display (display was out on 2014 Honda civic) to cut price.
