I met Joey after I bought my 2016 F250. He was my service advisor at the dealership and when he went out on his own, I followed him. He is super knowledgeable, straightforward, gives options, and has never steered me wrong. I would not trust my truck with anyone other than Joey. I drive almost an hour to see him but it’s worth it. He gets me in and out so i’m back on the road in no time.
Mr Stickman has been my service advisor for ten years. And now has his own shop.And did a professional job diagnosing my problem with my water pump and replacing it ,I am very satisfied with the way my 2013 F150 drives today. Richard Beall
In 2016 when I bought my new F150 Lariat, I started going to see Joey when he worked at a local Ford dealer. He always listened to my concerns, took care of them, and never tried to "up sell" me anything not necessary. I was always satisfied when I went to pick up my truck. And now since he's struck out on his own, I still trust him to take care of my automotive needs.
I have been Using Joey Stickman for all of our fleet service and repair needs. All work has been fair, and turnaround time has been much quicker than other shops I have used in the past. 5 stars well earned!
