Disappointed. Stickley's quality is not what it used to be. We bought a $12k sectional 3 years ago which we initially love. The cushions have degraded to the point you can see the level of the cushions are lower. We talked with customer service and they said we've worn it out and no warranty coverage. We buy Stickley because they have a reputation for quality. That's not true in this case.

Recently purchased a couch, three chairs, an ottoman, a kitchen table with 6 chairs and two island chairs from your showroom. I will preface this with the fact that the people we worked with throughout the purchase and delivery were helpful. Some issues of concern: -Two accent chairs were ordered with decorative nails when we requested no nails. The store manager did discount the chairs 10% in lieu of reordering. We shopped the Presidents’ Day sale looking for a chair for our living room. With good counsel from salesman Justin we found a solution that will last us many years. Always a positive experience shopping at Stickley/Audi.

If you are looking for high-quality, heirloom furniture, look no further. This place is amazing, with room after room of beautifully displayed items. There are many unique pieces that you simply cannot find anywhere else. Keep in mind, if you have never visited before, that this is not a budget furniture store, so plan your expectations accordingly.
