We purchased an expensive mattress from Stickley Furniture expecting premium quality and customer service, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. ‼️WARNING‼️ DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. We bought an extremely overpriced mattress from Stickley less than a year ago. When we first purchased the mattress two weeks in, we knew we wanted to return it. When we called, the lady told us that we needed to wait a full month. At the time our designer left and we were not able to contact her to speak more about this. We decided to give it a go and ultimately it was really uncomfortable, but it was past the 45 days. Picking out an oriental rug is never easy! But my visit today was exceptional because of the sales person who helped me out, Justin Marzella. He had that rare combination of being extremely helpful without being pushy. He listened to my preferences and helped me incorporate them into a final choice. His knowledge of design and color I found to be exceptional. He even helped me with a paint color. Above and beyond! Thanks, Justin!
Disappointed. Stickley's quality is not what it used to be. We bought a $12k sectional 3 years ago which we initially love. The cushions have degraded to the point you can see the level of the cushions are lower. We talked with customer service and they said we've worn it out and no warranty coverage. We buy Stickley because they have a reputation for quality. That's not true in this case.
