Completely unprofessional. Doesn't ask for any information and does not answer the phone with great customer service. A lady driving in the grapevine mills mall was speeding at leat 20 miles an hour in a parking lot and almost hit my husband walking to our car. The lady's facial expression was like she didn't care when she saw us. When calling the what i assume corporate office and explaining this to the lady that answered. Very good customer service. Have used their transportation and guided tours and they are excellent. They always help us out with Spanish speaking groups and help us solve any problem or last minute issue we might have. Highly recommend them.
