Kendra is amazing! This is a fantastic PT place in Yuma, Az. I'm here for work on weekdays and they have been helping through severe back issues. The entire staff is Top Notch!!!
I was not very happy with my experience at STI Physical Therapy in Yuma. Before starting therapy, I checked with my insurance and was told my estimated cost would be around $25 per session. However, I was charged $65 per visit. When I asked for an itemized bill to understand the charges, I was told they do not provide itemized statements, which was frustrating and made it difficult to verify what I was being billed for. I've been going to physical therapy for different ailments for over 40 years. I have never had better care and more knowledgeable people than I have at STI. These are caring people who really know how to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
