They genuinely pay attention to each patient, consistently asking how you're feeling and whether you've experienced any issues between sessions. Best experience ever! From front office staff to training staff is engaging, friendly, and caring. I don't feel like another number on the board. Always seen with a smile. If you have to go to rehab this is the place! Shout out to the employee of the month Aliyah she deserves it!
The staff is friendly and doesn’t make you feel bad when you struggle to do an exercise. I’m going to miss Kendra, she’s the best. Sad to know she’s leaving but glad to know she will help others in need.
