I checked out about 4 moving companies. STI was not the cheapest yet was the most thorough on their process and pricing. Asked me all the right questions and answered mine. Did not charge me extra for heavy furniture or having to move from a third floor apartment without an elevator. Some of my furniture had to be dismantled, yet was assured they would reassemble it. This is a great company with a wonderful customer service, Solana and Adam always returned my phone calls and kept me informed in detail from start to the end. Very accommodating, addressed all my concerns. This was my second time in nearly 10 years that I hired this company to move from state to state and I'll do it again if need to be. Oscar and the rest of the team from STI did an amazing job!! It was snowing during the move. They were careful to protect all of our floors and not to bang anything into the walls. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived and they were finished earlier than I ever could have imagined. Whenever you need movers, you should hire STI Moving & Storage Inc.

First time we used this moving company was one year ago to move my daughter from out of state college to Chicago. We called various moving companies from local to the big national chains.
