Returned my watch order 93027, no reply and non responsive customer service.. no way to contact them. So frustrating!!!!
Horrible customer service… wore it 10 times and doesn’t work anymore… after several phone calls leaving messages and emails never once got a response. I wont post my email on a public website... but if you can give me your actual customer support email in which you will answer too... that can help
Watch stopped working within 2 months, claimed warranty, they charged $30 USD which 45 Aud and shipping internationally was 25 Aud . I don't think its worth buying from them.
Sent my watch to Newyork for repairs! They lost my watch and will not respond to my phone calls or emails. Very poor company to deal with, $300.00 dollars in the trash. Contacting Better Buisness Bureau today! William
