Hands down the slowest bank in Australia every time you come the there service system is different making you wait extremely long to get serviced the bank workers are nice and good but they need more staff or something assisting the customers people line up in the incorrect stops and no one helps them making people who enter later get served before the people who walked in first. Somethings needs to change
I am very satisfied with service received from Brett Murphy of St George Bank Springwood. I was directed to Brett by St George enquiry line regarding my SMSF account set up. Went in today to ask some basic questions about the app and mortgage and received some of the worst customer service I have ever had by a bank. Was informed that they were a bank and that they couldn't possibly help me with their own app, that they do not have lenders there so they couldn't even help me with my questions. In the end I never got to ask and was sent on my way.
The St George branch in Springwood is always able to get things organised for me, even when other branches can't. Thanks for your ongoing assistance.
