useless! i google the opening hours to call a branch to speak to someone, it says its open 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. I call quite a few times only to be hung up on every time and told no one is available and they look forward to helping me between these hours monday-friday (9:30am-4pm) not once was i allowed to speak to a human being about my actual problems that i needed there own bankers help with.
