I am very satisfied with service received from Brett Murphy of St George Bank Springwood. I was directed to Brett by St George enquiry line regarding my SMSF account set up. Went in today to ask some basic questions about the app and mortgage and received some of the worst customer service I have ever had by a bank. Was informed that they were a bank and that they couldn't possibly help me with their own app, that they do not have lenders there so they couldn't even help me with my questions. In the end I never got to ask and was sent on my way.
The St George branch in Springwood is always able to get things organised for me, even when other branches can't. Thanks for your ongoing assistance.
I would like to thank Sandi from St George bank Springwood branch. Her outstanding service in helping me (after stupidly being scammed) was just amazing. She did not judge me and was so amazingly confident in what I should do. Follow up in the branch the next day with Ella was also excellent. These women work extremely hard under difficult circumstances their great customer service should be acknowledged and rewarded. A very HAPPY customer.
