Grace has been helping me and my brother set up our bank accounts recently and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely kind and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face.
Went in to get my online banking sorted and was served by Lilly(Hopefully that’s how it’s spelt) she was all smiles and even joked around with me when I made a mistake. Lilly was pleasant polite happy and courteous and made a simple task feel like it was nothing so thank you Lilly what an asset you are to the Helensvale branch!
Wow what a service or lack there of. Elderly FIL just been notified retrospectively that his card and life insurance have been cancelled without notification! Tried to phone and speak to a person, this isn't possible. Every option takes you to phone banking, I have an enquiry that needs to be answered by a person. Obviously St George no longer prides themselves on customer service as there isn't any. What are 86 year olds suppose to do? Oh yeah walk 1km to get into 3 buses to make it into a branch!! Appalling service
