Absolutley shocking customer service. The banks have forgotten without our money they have no business. Service representives need to be retrained in common courtesy.
Extremely terrible customer service I was told that my bank card was expected to arrive in 14 days waiting for them to call still no call and the card has expired for about 7 days now, even after 4 attempts on asking them the same question they said should arrive this day that day still no card. I will no longer go to this branch, I ordered another card through another branch it took them about 7 days they called me before this branch did.
