lazy branch staff! standing there not willing to help a customer stuck with AtM. sorry but it used have high standards in the past..
Wait over half an hour but no one service, they just walk around. Really low efficiency.

Horrible manager, very rude, contradictive and condescending. Got sorted at another St George bank without a problem. They were even baffled as to why my request was not met by this manager and staff. Unbelievable and absolutely incompetent!
