I needed to use power of attorney for a friend of mine in an aged care facility. The very abrupt lady on the front desk said to me that I had to have the lady whose power of attorney I was representing present. I explained that this was not possible due to her age to which she responded you need to get a letter from a doctor to verify this and this was the St George bank policy. All of this is complete and upper rubbish and the dismissive tone in which she spoke to me was very disappointing. I did get the doctors letter but ... read more
lazy branch staff! standing there not willing to help a customer stuck with AtM. sorry but it used have high standards in the past..
Wait over half an hour but no one service, they just walk around. Really low efficiency.
