Despite the reputation of this branch, I had a very positive experience this morning with team member Cindy. Speed at dealing with my complicated request was unprecedented, especially when compared to other banks with the same request. It took her half an hour to do what has taken ANZ over three weeks! Congrats to the team in managing what is clearly a challenging merger transition

I found him to be rude and unfriendly, which is completely unprofessional for someone in a management role.
