This place sucks from the trucker standpoint. They use all the space to park the damn containers even in the dock area. They also have many different check-in area. My load check-in is in a special office. They charge $5/piece to print, $23/pallet. The staff is friendly though. The warehouse management brought nothing but trouble to the truckers. Hopefully will never come to this place to pick up load.

This place reminded me of going to the dmv it freaking sucks...checked in at the guard shack at 2:40 p.m then I was told to park in any dock I found empty from 22 to 50 this place was so full and hard to maneuver with stg trucks and other trucks all in the way. After I was directed to the windows with a line of like 20 individuals in front of me, very slow process especially with the girls constantly taking breaks and checking their phones anyhow I finally got up to the window at 4:05 p.m it's 6:30 p.m and I'm still not load... read more
