0 customer service. No help and root to customers. Very hard to contact. STG logistics is scammer company who are getting money for storage. There's business to hold your product as long as possible to get more money from you. Trying to make more problems to you. Never deal with this company if you don't want to lost money. I made 2 shipments and it was big stress and big loss.
