Very poor customer service. I got a flyer in the mail and thought i would call since we were already looking at HVAC systems. Called on Monday, June 29th and was told a sales representative will contact me. Same day, a guy Alec, called and requested photos of our current wall mounted AC and electrical pannel. He received the photos the next day. July 2nd, I called him to follow up. He said he was busy and that he will get back to us with a quote the next day. Today is July 8th, and still no follow up. My experience was not as great. I had an installer that was sloppy In my opinion. They left the place dirty forgot to connect the humidifier that is still problematic today even if it’s not urgent I would’ve expected to get a much higher level of service for a purchase of over $15,000 on a Daikin heat pump furnace combo. They’ve asked the technician sub contractor to fix the issue, but he doesn’t seem to know how to fix my problem. On my contract I also had an electrical box to be changed for a brand new one.
