Harsa taught an amazing stretch class. Great way to kick off a desire to be more fit. Great stretches for all the usual points of need - shoulders hips thighs shins. Gentle stretches with personal attention to go deeper for better benefits. Highly recommend this and the yoga and fitness classes at STF.
Had my first trial at STF and had an amazing session- felt so comfortable having someone focused on me in a small group setting. Loved the fact that I didn’t have to lift weights and still felt a great sweat and feel sore after! I also went with my parents and felt like we both had great workouts even at different levels. Can’t wait to come back!
