very rude and impatient staff, the products are great tho. Such a shame you hired a lady who discriminates Asians. She clearly treated me and my friend with another ppl of color differently.
My 16-year-old son had an emergency and asked the lady at the counter for help. She was rude and didn't even listen to what was going on. He was just trying to make a phone call. I understand this is not her job but a little of emphaty would be appreciated. 01-29-25 around 5:45 pm

Very decent store, good ice cream and good stuff
Months ago, I never had a problem here. I’ve gotten ice cream 3 times over the past month or so and each time was a horrible experience with the same worker. I have no problems with all the other people who have served me. But she gives me attitude each time as if I am inconveniencing her when I get ice cream. Then the scoops are basically a children’s serving. Mind you all I get is either a brownie sundae or hot fudge sundae. With that said I will be taking a drive to the stewarts further from me on Fuller road.
