STAY AWAY. Horribly built. HOA also wants its money but I have to re-treat my lawn everytime there’s digging and fixing stuff in my home thanks to the builder. No enforcement. We owned a Meritage Homes a few years ago that was amazing but apparently either Meritage has gone way downhill or just the management at Stewarts Ranch. We have had issue after issue. Every appliance and hardware they use is the cheapest on the market. We have been here less than 2 years and almost all doorknobs have fallen off, our washer broke, the compressor in our AC burned up and we had no ac or heat for over 2 weeks, our master toilet can not flush anything but water without clogging, and the amount of times we've had... read more
RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! I would give negative stars if I could. I have been here for about a year, and have had issues from day one of moving in when movers found a black widow in my garage. Being deathly allergic to insect bites, that was highly concerning. I have had the home sprayed on a regular basis, but it does NOTHING. There are ALWAYS black widows present!
