So far, so good. We just moved into the community and have only been here a few days. Reading a few of these reviews is quite scary, but I can attest that my experience up to this point has been solid. Amanda is one of the sweetest people ever! She's knowledgable of the community and is very patient and kind. Our construction manager, Matt, was also fantastic. The sales team will make you feel like you're in great hands until you actually close and the cracks start to show. Pulte Mortgage was a problem from the start. Basic mortgage requirements were mishandled, causing unnecessary closing delays on top of poor communication throughout the process. Then you move in. A year later, during your one-year inspection, you quickly realize that getting anything fixed is a fight. Simple, legitimate repairs turn into drawn-out battles requiring constant follow-up. I’m writing this review after living in the community for about one year, and unfortunately my experience with PulteGroup has been disappointing. Since moving in, I have had to deal with multiple issues that should not be present in a newly built home. So far, my experience with Pulte has been outstanding. Although I haven’t spent a full month in my new home yet, the service I’ve received at this point has been excellent. This is my second time purchasing a property, and I can confidently say that this experience has far surpassed my first.
