This review is based purely on our interaction with the Pulte customer service team regarding an issue we believe was caused by construction activity behind our home. After a site clean-up, we noticed a hole in our vinyl siding that was clearly visible in daylight and had not been there before. We recently toured the Steward Landing community and loved the Hampton plan in this community. Amanda is courteous to work with and she provided a run through of the overall community and all the available floor plan options depending on priority of the buyer like house facing, home layout options etc. I would like to recommend this community to anyone who is looking for 25 mins commute time to uptown charlotte and enjoy a quiet and serene environment. UPDATE 5/19: Now that we've been in this Pulte community for 2 months today, we want to provide a helpful update on a few things we've experienced so future purchasers can be fully aware of them. [DUMPING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS] The most concerning thing has been the dumping of construction materials, namely a 1.5x1 foot pile of black spray foam dumped into our front yard (past the sidewalk, so a worker definitely came into our front yard to do this). We had high hopes when we chose to build with Pulte, but unfortunately, our experience has been far from smooth — especially when it comes to post-closing support. One major issue is the condition of the sod and lawn at the time of closing. It was clearly not in good shape, but the builder didn’t take responsibility, and now we are left to deal with HOA violations and out-of-pocket expenses.
