Disappointed! They came to measure my living area for laminate flooring. I felt the measurement was in excess of what I needed. When I pointed it out, they told me I could return the excess if it turned out they supplied too much. When the flooring was done, it turned out it was in excess. When I returned it to them, they said that they couldn’t take it back as promised. The excuse they gave was that the company they bought it from won’t take any excesses back! Bought new flooring and just had it installed last week. Lyall made the whole purchasing process very easy. I can’t say enough good things about Devon and Phoenix who did the installation. Everything looks great. The guys went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Stewart’s for your next Reno job!
On June 11th my husband and I went around town to different businesses to get quotes for material and install. We had great customer service at other business, but our last stop was this place and one of the first things the salesman says to us is “they run around $5/ square feet. Can you afford that or does it scare you?” This instantly turned us right off and wanted to take our business and money else where.
