Professional staff. Apologized for the delay in being seen.
Dr. Whitney and his staff were awesome. This was my first visit, and Dr. Whitney and his nurse made me feel comfortable. He is personable and efficient. Thank you for taking such good care of me! I have now seen Dr. Whitney several times, and he is still the best! He is so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and reassuring. The office staff and nurse are very caring, also. I highly recommend this doctor and his office!

While Dr. Whitney was professional and attentive, his office missed some things, which resulted in a follow-up visit to the ER, where I was found to have an infection and had to be admitted for 4 days following the procedure to relieve the abscess the ER discovered. I have no doubt that my situation was complicated, and post-recovery, some issues remain. However, seeing his office in hopes that a specialist would help me out did not result in the proper identification of the issue, and I ended up in the hospital. Additionall... read more
