I've had two new Toyotas fully serviced here over the last 10 years but am appalled by the recent experience and unfortunately I'm not returning. My front passenger door lock is not working intermittently. Couldn't be faulted during service and had to bring in when not working. I did this and they made booking, I thought to replace the actuator. Brought it in for a third time today, and they weren't fixing, rather diagnosing, so it would have had to come in a fourth time to actually get it fixed, that's assuming they could w... read more
Had my first service at this center and I needed to come back to ask something about my car. I pulled in the driveway and this legend Evan just asked me if I needed help and he just sat in the car and fixed the issue within seconds. Not sure if he was on his break but Thanks Evan!
