Stewart Title failed to inform me on two separate occasions of issues that were holding up my refinance process that could have been quickly solved. This left me in the position of having to call twice to ask about where we were in the process, which is the only reason action was taken on these issues. The result was a refinance that took two weeks longer than it should have, costing valuable time.
