I highly recommend Melanie Jones and her team for Title service. I used this team twice and they were very knowlegible and helpful to get the job done accurately and punctually. You don’t need to shop around many Title companies, but had better talk to Stewart Title first.

To be clear, I didn't use Stewart, although I wanted to, because of the builder's preference. I was so appreciative of the information that Melanie provided and the time she spent explaining things to me that I know she's knows her stuff and will recommend her and Stewart to anyone looking for a title company. Their fees are reasonable too.
