Very disappointed. Went to come in to start the process on selling my house and watched them put a tow sticker on an autistic child’s family vehicle. Very ablest and has no patience for anyone but themselves. I will never go back to a company that allows their employees to discriminate against those with disabilities.

Took over a week to close and get funded. We did a remote closing on February 10th, we were informed that we should get title company funding by the 11th. When I called the title company on the 11th around noon the receptionist told me that Vanessa had a pile of documents on her desk she hadn't had the time to get to yet. I called back and talked to Vanessa a few hours later on the 11th and she said that the fed ex man was late due to rain....so was it rain or a pile of documents? This place was chosen by the seller due to its close location to us. We were purchasing a home as first time home buyers through a For Sale by Owner transaction. My first time at the office, there was no one at the front desk, however there were several people in the office adjacent to the waiting room (door was open).
