Kelvin Ly absolutely saved my transaction! I can't thank Kelvin's diligence and attention to my real estate transaction. The lender I selected (to save a few bucks) absolutely dropped the ball on multiple occasions and on multiple fronts leading up to the day of the transaction. Absolutely horrendous experience with this title and escrow company. If you want closing delayed and your loan cancelled, hire Kelvin & Stewart Title. Failures: Failed to provide title report until day before closing - I had to demand it even high I was paying for it. Failed to share closing disclosure prior to closing Failed to obtain pay off request for 2 months - I had to go it myself Left multiple pages blank in closing packet - their entire job to is prepare these documents.
