Unfortunately, we did not feel that we were made a priority during our closing experience. While the staff was friendly and outgoing, the level of professionalism fell short of expectations. Our closing was scheduled for 12:00 p.m., but we were not assisted by anyone in the office until around 2:00 p.m., as the representative handling our file was off that day. This was by far the most disorganized, unfriendly, and bland experience we’ve gone through. The staff, particularly Paige Jones (unsure if she is still there), reflected poorly on the organization as a whole. The lack of professionalism and warmth made the entire experience disappointing, and unfortunately, it left us with no reason to recommend this place to others.

Very professional team! All of my transactions closed smoothly with them. During my most recent closing, my clients finished their final walk-through earlier than expected, and Paige went above and beyond to accommodate an earlier closing time. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
