I am on my 3rd round of trying to get Grant Deed Documents correctly filled out. The mistakes are caught by my notary. Then they actually got the entity name wrong. Even though they had copies of the articles. Isn't this their job? Paying attention to detail is very important when dealing with people's assets. Hoping this can get Resolved expeditiously and if so, I will upgrade my rating.

We used Angela Rank and Courtney Zander for our sale and would use them a hundred times over. They were very responsive and professional the entire time. Even taking calls after hours and dealing with paperwork at the last minute in our closing. The entire team at Stewart Title is incredible. Angela Rank and Courtney Zander are the best in the business. This process couldn’t have gone smoother. Communication was immediate, very professional and knowledgeable the entire transaction. Even with last minute adjustments in our paperwork and needing things done quickly they stepped up to battle and finished the job with a smile!
