My first interaction with this company-stopped by to drop off paperwork-I didn’t speak to one of the closing agents because I was told it might be a 20 minute wait. I was not impressed with the associate who helped me at all.
Everyone is so friendly. I appreciate that everything was explained to us.
Closed on a sale, sept 14th. Was not till 9/30 that I discovered they never paid my mortgage off. Lied and said my lender rejected payment and sent it back. Only to learn they said they send pay off via 1st class mail on the 14th and got it back on the 28th. But never contacted me or made other attempts to pay off mortgage. So today I send an email. My mortgage is not paid off. So they then wire the money. I stopped at the office asking for proof of attempt to pay. They had nothing to provide me. Story as to why my mortgage ... read more
