This business is great! I wish all businesses were as welcoming as Stewart Title. If you are buying/selling a house in the RGV use Stewart Title. The second we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Snacks and beverage were offered! We then sat at a wonderful executive table with comfortable chairs. We unexpectedly brought our toddler with us but this team was ready. I have done business with this company twice, and both times they were unprofessional regarding the timing of document handling. They seem to lack familiarity with the software and programs required by leading lenders, which makes the closing process frustrating. I will not be conducting any future business with this location.

Twice I've done business with this company and twice they have been unprofessional on timing with documents. They do not have much business in which they lack being up to date with software/programs that are required by your top lenders making your closing process frustrating. Will not be conducting future business with this location.
