Mary Cherry and her team were outstanding. I had to reach out to Mary a few times, via phone and email. She answers her phone (so rare in this day and age)! Great communication and so responsive! While Stewart Title Company generally provides satisfactory service, it's crucial to note that Norma F. falls short of expectations. Her persistent lack of attention to detail and tendency to be disorganized significantly elongate even the simplest contract procedures. Her vast yet limited knowledge, though potentially harmful, raises concerns, and I would advise avoiding any dealings with her.
