Try to avoid using them as your title company. The staff is unprofessional, customer service nonexistent, and difficult to deal with overall.

As a first time home owner, I was hoping to have an exciting experience signing our paperwork. Ruby Contreras was our escrow officer and she was rude from the beginning. She just took us into a room and "forgot" to greet us. A misunderstanding occurred with my signature and scolded me for at least half the time we were there signing. As a Realtor it’s important to know a great title company. I recommend Stewart Title for their knowledge and professionalism. They will make sure that home buyers and sellers are taken care of and get all of the required documentation signed and distributed to all parties involved.

Not the best experience with closing. The staff took us to a room and everything else was virtual. This type of transactions should involve representatives from the bank, title, and others in person. Thank to God that my realtor showed up!!
