As a Realtor it’s important to know a great title company. I recommend Stewart Title for their knowledge and professionalism. They will make sure that home buyers and sellers are taken care of and get all of the required documentation signed and distributed to all parties involved.

Not the best experience with closing. The staff took us to a room and everything else was virtual. This type of transactions should involve representatives from the bank, title, and others in person. Thank to God that my realtor showed up!!

Called over a mutual client to gather information for him regarding his finances. The lady they passed me to was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to verify the amounts on the forms my client had sent me to make sure he was reporting the correct amounts as the amount differed from the closing documents and his spouse's paperwork. When I questioned her over the discrepancy, the lady started screaming asking what I wanted her to do about it, I stated that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me. F... read more
