Not the best experience with closing. The staff took us to a room and everything else was virtual. This type of transactions should involve representatives from the bank, title, and others in person. Thank to God that my realtor showed up!!
Called over a mutual client to gather information for him regarding his finances. The lady they passed me to was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to verify the amounts on the forms my client had sent me to make sure he was reporting the correct amounts as the amount differed from the closing documents and his spouse's paperwork. If I could recommend this place to anyone I surely would not. Melissa Walker who helped us close on our home had no manners was uptight and took the joy away from me and my family closing on our very first home.
