If I could rate this at a minus, I would. Dick Cayes seemed really nice and competent on the phone when I first spoke to him in May. I sent in a title reconveyance and check in JUNE. Called twice more...still in the works. Called again this morning. "Well we have hundreds of those!" Really? Arent you supposed to, isn't that your job? So here we are DECEMBER 2 and he will get back to me after he finds it....He just called, he has found it. Was recorded in SEPTEMBER. Hmm think that might be something I should know?
